De workshops zijn gericht op vrouwen empowerment en healing van de vrouw met Afrikaanse en Zuid-Amerikaanse roots en ook voor vrouwen die zich ook hierin kunnen vinden. Tijdens de workshop geef ik praktische tips, en handvatten en maak ik deels gebruik van Afrikaanse en Zuid-Amerikaanse spiritualiteit.
